Product Review: Well made product
These drawers are quite pricy and there are many bedside tables/beside drawer units that are a third of the price. However, these units are well made. They have genuine oak veneer and the drawers feel firm and slide in smoothly. The reason I didn't choose a cheaper product is that cheaper units often have fake veneer or wood 'effect' finishes and they generally look cheap and do not sit well with other genuine wood products. Also cheaper units can fall apart after a couple of years. I don't think these units will fall apart quite so easily. They feel sturdy and well joined.
For other potential buyers' information, these drawers are veneer coated chip-board, not solid wood, but as I said, they feel sturdy and generally well made.
They are also easy to assemble, the drawers are deep and they are the perfect height to go next to my bed. Also delivery was good. I was warned via a text message on the day the drawers were to be delivered.
