Good product and service. It takes 2 days just to move the furniture in our house so couldn't get carpet-fitters in. Knew I wouldn't be able to lift a room-sized carpet up the stairs so ordered this carpet in 2 bits so the smaller bit could go under the wardrobes where you can't see the join. Good thing is that the company lists the different sizes so it is easier to work out how much you need. Carpet is decent quality and was well-wrapped. Remember to take out the heavy cardboard tube before you try and lift it up the stairs (took me a while to work this out!).
