Product Review: Comfy mattress not so keen on delivery
I took a huge gamble buying TWO of these mattresses ( for my teenage children ) . As a single parent that's an enormous amount of money BUT i'm pleased with the quality. HOWEVER i was originally told estimated delivery would be 14/2/13, i work and so had to organise the day off especially to be home. I then had an email 12/2/13 telling me delivery would be 13/2/13 which is too short notice to change my working hours AGAIN , luckily i was able to get home with 10mins to spare before the delivery arrived at 5.30pm, i asked the delivery driver if he could help me take them upstairs but he told me NO because of health and safety to him. How do they expect one person to do it on her own ?? Not very helpful and very annoying especially when i paid twice the delivery charge because i ordered 2 when it still came on 1 delivery and so cost them no more. i'm angry that i was charged
