Product Review: Don't bother

I bought 2 of these double beds from CPF-DIREDT, and now wished I never. Although they look good, they are not made very well.
One of the beds was slept in over one weekend by one person. Two slats broke as they had knots in the pine. Not my fault!
I asked for two replacement slats - first they were coming from China, then they said they would look at their other beds for the slats. I have been fobbed of from January to present.
Still haven't got the 2 slats and probably will not now. Amazon looked into my case and found for the seller (CPF-DIREDT) Why?
They should have looked at my emails to and from CPF-DIREDT and would have seen that they said they would send me 2 slats.
I am really annoyed with CPF-DIREDT and Amazon.
Am not sure why as my beds were ordered from CPF-DIREDT, that my order appears on this seller's page. Have they changed their name??
